Mentors Needed

We are currently accepting inquiries for Mentor Leader roles and Project-Based Employee roles for the spring and summer of 2026.  These are part-time positions in the fields of information technology services, health care support services, facilities management, and logistics / supply chain management.

Mentor Leader roles are designed for experienced industry leaders who are seeking a flexible schedule following retirement or another transitional career phase, and who want to contribute to developing the local job force and economy. Mentor leaders act as specialized experts to lead employee clients to promote skills, teamwork and leadership. 

Project-Based Employee roles are designed for young professionals or transitioning employees who are engaged in learning certifications in the career fields above.  Prospective employees must be committed to a variety of job settings that may change weekly or monthly and may vary in hours worked.
